1 · The service

LOTGEN is a control plane. It composes prompts, submits your jobs to the AI providers you have chosen, and stores what comes back. It is not a model host, it does not run models of its own, and it sells no credits.

2 · Accounts and workspaces

Access is by invitation, and buying a plan sends you one: a completed checkout creates the workspace and invites the address that paid, as its first admin. Work lives in a workspace; a workspace has an owner and a number of seats, and the owner controls who is a member, what the spend cap is, and which provider keys are stored. You are responsible for the people you invite.

3 · Your keys and your spend

You bring the keys and the providers bill you directly. LOTGEN never touches your API spend, takes no share of it, and adds nothing to it. What a render costs is a matter between you and that provider.

A spend cap stops LOTGEN enqueuing work once the estimate would cross it. It is a courtesy, not a guarantee: it cannot stop charges a provider makes on their own side, and an estimate is an estimate.

4 · Billing

Solo is $99 per month for one seat. Team starts at 3 seats with per-seat pricing that falls with the seat count, as set out on the pricing page. Billing is monthly. You can cancel any time from Settings · Billing, which opens Stripe's own billing portal — your invoices, the card on file and the cancellation all live there, and we keep no copy of them. The subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial months unless the law where you are requires it.

5 · Generated content

You own what your providers return to you, subject to those providers' own terms. You are responsible for holding the rights in anything you upload as a reference, and for what you publish.

6 · Acceptable use

• No impersonation of a real person without their consent. This product makes faces and voices, and that is where the line is.
• No unlawful content.
• No attempt to reach another workspace's data, keys or assets.

7 · Service level

There is no uptime commitment in these terms. We would rather say nothing than write a number we have not yet earned the right to promise. When there is an SLA it will be written here.

8 · Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for what a provider does with a submission, for the cost of renders you asked for, or for indirect or consequential loss.

9 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Nevada, United States, and the venue for any dispute is Clark County, Nevada (Las Vegas). The contracting party is Ascended Entertainment LLC, 10585 Medicine Bow St, Las Vegas, NV 89183, United States.

10 · Changes to these terms

If these terms change we email workspace owners and the change takes effect 14 days later. Continuing to use LOTGEN after that is acceptance.
