Sora is not a row. fal’s Sora 2 text-to-video page says that endpoint will be shut down on 24 September 2026. evolink publishes a Sora 2 page. Both are marketplace models, not a key. Luma is not one of the twelve, so it has no row.
What a listicle cannot tell you
A ranked list has to put one name first. That only means something if the rows are the same purchase. A 6-second Hailuo clip, an 8-second Veo clip, and a Seedance clip whose dollar depends on pixel size are three different objects. Calling one of them cheaper, from this page, would be a guess. Hailuo 2.3 is in MiniMax’s legacy block. MiniMax-H3, on the same pay-as-you-go page, is billed per second, and that page does not print a length for it.
